Terms of Use for Senses 21

1. What this is about

These terms of use apply to Senses 21, a digital program by Visenza LLC, 2165 Van Buren St, Suite 911, Hollywood, FL 33020, United States of America (hereinafter "Visenza"), offered via senses21.visenza.co. They apply to consumers who buy and use Senses 21.

2. Who your contracting party is

Payment is handled by Stripe. Visenza uses Stripe Managed Payments for this. This means: when you buy, Stripe acts as the seller towards you, collects the price, shows and remits the VAT of your country, and is your contact for payment questions and refunds via Stripe's customer service (Link). The terms Stripe shows you in the checkout additionally apply to the purchase.

Visenza makes Senses 21 available to you, is the author and provider of the content, and is your contact for everything concerning the content, your access and the app. These terms of use govern this relationship between you and Visenza.

3. What Senses 21 is

Senses 21 is a program over 21 days that you use in the browser of your phone or computer. As of 13 October 2026 it comprises:

  • 21 daily pieces (short videos or audio recordings by Christina) that open day by day, never two at once;
  • 21 evening audios with Christina's voice, about two and a half minutes each, and an optional evening question;
  • three longer audios on day 7, 14 and 21 (about ten minutes);
  • on six days of the third week, an optional addition for two people and a short invitation audio;
  • the three questions on day 1, 7, 14 and 21 for an optional before-and-after comparison;
  • an evening reminder by email at a time you choose, which can be switched off;
  • the option to add the app to your home screen without an app store.

The content is in German. An English version is in preparation; what the English sales page says about it applies.

Senses 21 is not part of a subscription. Your access remains after the 21 days for as long as Visenza operates Senses 21. If Visenza discontinues Senses 21, you will be informed by email at least three months in advance.

4. Price and payment

Senses 21 costs 97 euros, one-time, including the VAT of your country. There is no subscription and no follow-up costs. Payment is made in the Stripe checkout with the payment methods offered there. The contract is concluded as soon as your payment at Stripe has been successfully completed.

5. Access

After the purchase you receive, at the email address you entered in the checkout, an email with an access link and a code. Both are valid for 30 minutes and once. You can request new access at any time with your email address. There is no password.

Access is personal. You may not pass on access links, codes or content to third parties, and you may not download, copy, publicly perform or resell the content. The exception is the short invitation audio in the third week, which you may play to the person next to you; that is what it is made for.

6. Right of withdrawal

For Senses 21 the separate withdrawal policy at senses21.visenza.co/en/widerruf/ applies. Senses 21 is digital content that is available immediately after purchase. Your right of withdrawal therefore ends as soon as Visenza has begun to make it available, that is, as soon as you open Senses 21 for the first time, provided you have expressly agreed beforehand that provision begins before the end of the withdrawal period and have confirmed that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. Visenza obtains this consent before the purchase via a checkbox that is not pre-selected and keeps it as proof.

7. What Senses 21 is not, and what to be aware of

Senses 21 is for self-awareness and personal experience. It is not medical, psychological or therapeutic advice, diagnosis or treatment and does not replace any of these. Christina is not a therapist. If you have physical or emotional health concerns, please speak to a doctor or a qualified psychotherapist.

Some days invite you to experience cold water, walking barefoot or being outdoors. You decide for yourself what you do, and you only do what does you good and what you feel up to. If you have a heart or circulatory condition, are pregnant or have other health restrictions, speak to a doctor beforehand; the app reminds you of this again on day 3. What you sense and take with you in Senses 21 is your own experience; no particular result is guaranteed.

8. Availability and changes

Visenza strives to keep Senses 21 available at all times but cannot rule out short interruptions due to maintenance or disruptions at service providers. Visenza may improve, replace or add content and features as long as the core of the program (21 days, daily pieces and evenings with Christina's voice) remains.

9. Copyright

All texts, videos, audio recordings, images and the Visenza mark in Senses 21 are protected by copyright. The rights holder is Visenza LLC. You receive a simple, non-transferable right to use the content for your personal use.

10. Liability

Visenza is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for damage resulting from injury to life, body or health, and under mandatory statutory provisions. Otherwise, Visenza is liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable damage typical of the contract. Statutory warranty rights for digital content remain unaffected.

11. Applicable law

The law of the State of Florida, USA, applies, subject to the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of the state in which you have your habitual residence, insofar as these cannot be derogated from under applicable private international law.

12. Age limit

Senses 21 is aimed exclusively at persons aged 18 and over. By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

13. Changes to these terms

Visenza may amend these terms of use with effect for the future. The version published at the time of your purchase applies to your purchase.

14. Final provisions

Should any provision of these terms of use be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The European Commission discontinued its online dispute resolution platform on 20 July 2025. Visenza is neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
