Payment for Senses 21 is handled by Stripe. Visenza LLC uses Stripe Managed Payments for this. What that means for the purchase contract is explained in the terms of use, section 2.

Dispute resolution

The European Commission discontinued its online dispute resolution platform (ODR platform) on 20 July 2025. Visenza LLC is neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
