Withdrawal Policy

For the purchase of Senses 21, digital content by Visenza LLC

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Visenza LLC, 2165 Van Buren St, Suite 911, Hollywood, FL 33020, United States of America, email: christina@visenza.co) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example by email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content

Senses 21 is digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium. Your right of withdrawal expires early if we have begun to make it available after you have

1. expressly agreed that we begin making it available before the end of the withdrawal period, and

2. confirmed that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

We obtain this consent and confirmation before the purchase via a separate checkbox on the sales page (not pre-selected, you have to tick it actively). Without this consent, a purchase is not possible. We keep the time of your consent and its wording as proof.

In practice this means: as soon as you open Senses 21 for the first time after the purchase, we have begun to make it available, and your right of withdrawal expires. Until then you can withdraw at any time, informally.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract in time, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal. For this reimbursement we will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. The reimbursement is processed via Stripe, which collected the payment.

Note on Stripe

Payment for Senses 21 is collected by Stripe (Stripe Managed Payments). You can therefore also request refunds directly from Stripe's customer service (Link). Your statutory right of withdrawal and this policy apply regardless.
